Can anyone please recommend the best way to ship frozen food from Miami direct to Bonaire or at least via Curacao if dry ice would hold up?

I've done it a gazillion times. Just pack it in a cooler, and use blue ice, not dry ice. I take food down every time I go. Just keep it under 50 pounds.

Dry ice sets off alarms. It's best to send it down with a person traveling.

Other options:
When you get here, work out an arrangement with a local wholesaler, like TIS (The Island Supplier) to bring in stuff when he does. Also consider that what you're looking for may be available in Curacao--way easier to ship frozen from there. You can do this as an individual if you are able to make contacts in CUR and have them deliver frozen items to Don Andres (local shipping line) when Don Andres is shipping frozen containers (which they do each week).

Here is a link to FAA rules about dry ice.
Scroll way down.
No matter what this says a gate agent of baggage handler may just say "no".

A wet suit is a great insulator for frozen foods.
