When you get bad service you tell lots of people but if you get great service you generally keep quiet. The Wed. after Christmas I had electricity problems that burned wiring. Dionard Bomba was working next door and came to check it out. He spent all day Thursday and Friday morning getting the problem partially fixed so I had lights and some plug ins working. He said he would return 1-5. He was awesome! Next the septic tank backed up, but between Damascus and the other men he suggested to fix the top that problem will be solved soon. If you know these people please use their services as they have gone the extra mile to give me great customer service.

Jenni..You are absolutely correct in the sentiment expressed. Too often we only hear about problems, perceived rip offs, & other things which are of a negative character. I know from much personal experience there are many hard working wonderful folks who do great jobs on the island.

It is difficult to find much to complain about in the service industry either. I find the service quite good on the island. There are the usual petty issues and odd run-in with someone who happens to be in a bad mood, but overall things move along quite smoothly.
