I just got my notice in the mail that I have to renew my licence plates for my vehicles at the end of July. If you like, I can try and keep the old plates, and get new ones. I think I should be able to. One of the plates is also a motorbike plate, so its a bit smaller.

Thanks a lot for the offer!! However I think I have them already. I got an '85 passenger plate which was from my own car while I was on vacation there.. cool trip it was too. Drove around AB and BC for 6 weeks in a big ol' boat:-) And recently traded for an AB m/c from 2000. I don't think they have changed in the mean time eh ;-)
My brother is in sherwood park right now... with Bots family in Mardale cresent.. say hi when you see him. He's gonna walk Chuchu (or however that's called/spelled:-) trail in Alaska with his wife.

Hey, Bas, are you really from around here, Edmonton AB that is? That's were I live. I will be in Bonaire from Sept. 4 to 18 (two weeks), taking a rescue diver course with Phototours and staying at Coco Palm Garden. Any chance of seeing you in Bonaire? Want anything from "home" other than license plates?

I don't have that number now. But I can try get one once we get new plates in a few years. I have already asked a couple of people with certain numbers for their plates once they expire.

There seems no set period for changing them. Between 2 and 5 years. I have a TX passenger and truck plate already, anything else TX would be great.
