Would anyone know what the story is behind the fact that supposedly the governor of Bonaire was "kicked" off the island for wrong doing. Was it drug related. Im not sre which governor but it was one within the past couple of years or so.

We haven't heard anything. The current Lt. Governor is Richard Hart which has been about 4 years? in that post. Jake saw him yesterday having lunch. The previous Lt. Governor, Goedgedrag, is now the Attorney General of the Netherlands Antilles. He would have been Lt. Governor for 6 or 7 years.

The governor before Mr. Goedgedrag was George Soleana, a well known lawyer.... and upstanding citizen. I think you may be confused with a member of government who spent time in rehab in the past. If I may be so bold as to ask where you got your info from?
