During several stays at the now-closed Harbour Village, they had a very mild, almost white colored cheese imported from Venezula. The cheese had many small holes, a soft texture, and was thinly sliced in rectangles about 3-inches by 5-inches (7.5-cm by 12.5-cm). We were never able to find it at the Cultimara on any of those or subsequent trips. Any suggestions as to the name of the cheese and where to get it.

I have bought it at the fruit market down at the town pier. They just seem to call it queso blanco - white cheese.

Cultimara has it on rare occasions too. Very nice cheese to nibble on :-)

It can also be fried up and doesn't melt. Nice that way too.
