We plan to visit Bonaire next week and we are looking forward to the festival. Does anyone have suggestions??? Best parade day, best location, etc...? I have been trying to research the history and background of the festival with limited success.

I assume the parades take place in the evenings and anywhere along the street is a good place to watch.
