Does anyone know which cell phone band/frequencies are used in Bonaire? TDMA, CDMA, GSM?

GSM is the way to go but it can be confusing. There are 3 bands used here. I bought a service with Verizon in the US and got a Nokia tri band with the correct bands and unlocked. Lo and behold it does not work here. I bought a tri band A 100 Panasonic and it works here and with my T Mobile Chip. It is hit or miss. the TDMA were once used here but I think most are using GSM now. I think Cellone uses TDMA still.
