I need to call Bonaire and wonder if anyone knows what numbers I need to dial before calling the number listed?

If you are calling from the US, dial 011 599.
011 gets you an international line and 599 is the Netherlands Antilles area code. Then dial the seven digit phone number.

Bonaire residents are eager to help! That's actually the whole spirit of living on Bonaire. I've never before known a country that is so set to help everybody who sets foot on it.
