Next tuesday, 17 may, a documentary about Bonaire can be seen on Dutch television, Nederland 2. Theme: Conserving Bonaire Marine Park, by using the money tourists spend on Bonaire.

I enjoyed watching the documentary.

I have sent an email to the broadcasting company and asked them if they could publish the documentary on the internet. When I get a reply I will post it here.

thanks bob, that is a great idea, enjoyed watching it as well although I was a little late but at least I saw enough of the turtles, soooo cute.......

We also enjoyed the program. Next Saturday Hennie Huismans program will be shown on the Dutch TV. It's called 'Huize Huisman' and it's about him welcoming teenage moms to 'his house' on Bonaire.

I enjoyed watching it too , although I found Angela Schijf just a"little" to "mushy and sweet".

Don't expect too much of Hennie Huysman. There will be a lot of Hennie Huysman and very little Bonaire.

The program "Huize Huisman" will be shown on the dutch channel Nederland 1 at 21.15 h.(Dutch time)
And yes indeed the program is most of the time about Hennie Huisman and a little about Bonaire.
