Beautiful day yesterday inland, sunny in the 60's so we decided to go to the coast. Slightly different weather there.

Was planning on taking a ride up the coast yesterday, but something came up-- was able to enjoy the warm sunny weather inland. What time where you there-- it was overcast till mid morning here in Foxboro--

Cecil: You/we have to just love and appreciate the energy and life of the sea...what a beautiful shot! Thanks for posting the photos..they are breathtaking. The seagull looks like he is ready for Spring and Summer to arrive! Looks like you had the same winds we have had here in NJ for two days..at least on the coastline up there in NH...hang on to your hats! Carole

Carole, the gull was on one of the pay binoculars, very uppitity bird, I walked right up to him for that picture.

Cynde, couldn't find a buddy. I'm also fighting a cold, hopefully next weekend. I talked to some divers at the lighthouse and the visibility was 10', water temp 37 degrees, ideal NE conditions, NOT. Just as well I missed out. We would of gone down to Cape Ann, Ma., warmer water and hopefully better visibility.

Cecil, I think it was a back door cold front--cold and mucky in CT also.

Saturday was a strange weather day. Clear, sunny and warm until we got to Portsmouth, the Rt 95 bridge was missing in the fog. Almost looked like the Golden Gate, well maybe with a little more fog.

Next weekend doesn't look that great either. Storms on Tuesday and Thursday, but a little warmer, I'll take anything above 40, the air should be warmer than the water.

Cecil, if you dive the Nubble next weekend let me know when . . . I'll try to watch from shore and get some pics.
I am not ready for NE diving, added toooooo many pounds this winter for the wet suit!! And Teddy does not like cold water diving (although occasionaly gives in and does it to keep me company) - He was spoiled by Bonaire diving . Ha!

Denise, probably wouldn't be doing the Nubble for a while, the water is always colder there. If we do go it will be to Cape Ann.

Now it's to small, I do love the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. One quick note never dive there, to shallow and the entry/exit is a nightmare. Did it once never again, I'm still trying to talk my buddy into trying the cove. Looks deep and clear and there would be some great scavanging. Down side lots of boats and oil on the water.

I could help you with your pictures, reduce them to 600 pixels wide or 40% scaling. Save and check the file size, if to big reduce and resave till less than 50k.
