Bonaire Live is open work days. De Tuin Restaurant and internet cafe (and pool) is open at night. I think the connection is faster at De Tuin but it is a bit more money. Once at Bonaire Live it took too long..soooo slow. Some hotels have those stand up terminals to do email..I think they are a rip off..

Sarah...why not bring a lap top and get a VIP Connection from Bonairelive.

Michael, thanks for the thought, but I don't have a lap top, and would rather try and keep carry on items to a minimum!...

We liked Bonaire Live but its hours seemed rather sporadic. We went several times and found them closed, with a note on the door. Some days the system WAS slow, but mostly it was fine: lots of terminals and it's air conditioned. De Tuin is HOT, but at least you can enjoy a cool beer while you surf. They only have 5 terminals. I think the costs are pretty similar: $3 u.s. for 20 minutes, which I think is pretty reasonable (even though we're paying in Canadian dollars...I think that works out to about $23 Canadian????)
