Greetings ! As a new poster I would like to commend everyone for the great board you have created. Thanks again.My question is about the pool at Divi. Do they have food and beverage service ? My wife and one of my children do not dive but love to hang out by the pool. Also, if anyone has first hand knowledge, how does the pool scene at Divi compare to Sand Dollar ?

Hi David, we have stayed at the Divi several times. And if memory serves, there are two pools. The big one near the dive shop always has a lot of people around it. The one near the hotel rooms is usually pretty empty. There is no food service right at the pools but the Chibi Chibi restaurant is right there and I'm sure they would do a carry out for you. But there are no waiters to bring it to you at the pool that I remember.

I think the activity at the pools relates to the type of people who are there; kids, etc. It would vary from week to week.

Sand Dollar has poolside food & beverage service during Mango's opening hours: 7:30 - 10am, 12-2 & 5:30 - 10pm. The pool is really part of the Mango's Bar & Restaurant on the SD property, but we don't stay staffed for the between-meal hours.
