Obviously Dutch is the primary language, but is spanish spoken by the locals at all? My dutch is non existant but my Spanish is half way decent-(lived in Puerto Rico as a kid)and I do enjoy speaking it!
Just curious..??

Actually, Papiamento is our local language, with Dutch probably second. Newspapers are in Papiamento or Dutch; tourist publications in English. Papiamento is a combination of languages such as Dutch, Portugese, Spanish, Indian (Carib), English, etc. Your Spanish will help you with Papiamento. Many residents speak 4 languages: Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish and English.
