Hi, BT friends:

I'm off to London again tomorrow, where my dad is very sick with lymphoma. He's been up and down, but is coming out of the hospital tomorrow (they deem he's fit enough -- for now...), and my sister is overwhelmed.

I've been home here for two weeks after spending almost three there, but now it's back to dear old Blighty.

Dad has just finished his second chemo treatment, but they're not able to cure it (they say, and so does all the research we've done), only buy him time. He lives alone, so someone has to be there a lot -- and poor Sharon needs a break. I feel so blessed that I can just drop everything and leave, and not have to worry about the bills being paid or my job.

So, please keep my dad, Ned Fleming, my sister Sharon, and me and the rest of the family in your prayers. Thanks,
Josie

Josie, Please forgive the silly name on my previous post. It was born in another thread and I had forgotten to change it.

Tom

Josie, have a safe trip. I will pray for you and for all of your family. I went through cancer and chemo and all the ups and downs it brings with my mother-in-law so I know what you must be going through and how hard it is to stay strong. Keep us all posted and we will continue to pray for you. Take care.

Thank you all. I'm in the office now, cleaning things up to leave at 4 pm today. They are wonderful here -- my boss just gave me a 20 pound note he had left over from a trip last year! I'm blessed with so much support from everyone in my life.
