For all of you Bonaire fanatics, I recommend that you pick up a copy of Down Time, edited by Ed Kittrell, in your local book store. There is a chapter written by the famous author Michael Crichton about a diving adventure he took on Bonaire in the 1970s. I won't give away the whole thing, but he does mention a mystery iron-hulled paddle-wheeler wreck in 140 feet of water off of Bonaire. Anybody familiar with that one? I don't remember seeing it on my dive map.

Anyway, its an interesting read, especially if you love Bonaire. Check it out.
