Hello everyone from the rain and snow capital of the world, Philadelphia, PA. We have even surpassed Seattle this year with moisture. I NEED BONAIRE MORE THAN EVER!! Can we please start a list as to who will be on the terrace on Tuesday, December 30th? If it is your first time going to Gibi's, you'll love Gibi, the food, the company, etc. Kathi and I have always enjoyed the whole experience. Hope to see you there. It will be so cool to have dry clothes on my body. Jim

Jim ... right now I can say that Mark and I will be there but I do know that after the first day or two on the island I slip away from things like plans, watches, etc and end up doing whatever the spirit moves me to do. I may be so slowed down and relaxed by then that I won't even know the date!
Agree about looking forward to dry -- and WARM!

Brian - we will probably be there the 23rd. Like Susan I lose all track when I get there.

Jim - same thing for the 30th. We leave in 2 days out of Philadelphia and can't wait to get warm. The rain/snow/sleet has been wonderful hasn't it? What a year of moisture. They better not dare say anything about a drought! :-)

2 days and counting!!!!

Tom

Josie ... I am sure we will make it because I know we have limited time together on this trip! I really do want to hook up for a dive and to laugh about last year's antics at Carnival! Plus Mark and I want to meet Alan since he had gone home last year by the time we arrived. Will you be going to Jake's on the 1st? Happy Holidays -- see you SOON! Susan

Brian - I say we just let the atmosphere of Gibi's handle the theme. It can't get any better than that! :-)

Less than 24 hours and we'll be on the AJ flight out of Philadelphia!!!

See you all soon....Tom

Just got back, so alas I'll miss it.
But Jim, for some reason your name is familiar. Do you teach at GS?

Holly, where is GS? I teach in a suburban district outside of Philadelphia called Council Rock. As far as a theme at Gibi's Terrace, how about naked?

Jim,
I know Council Rock. Grew up in Pennsbury. GS is the Quaker school in Newtown, and since you're just down the road in Langhorne, I thought maybe ...
So, have an Amstel for me, will you? I'm just back from Bonaire last Wednesday. I'll picture you all under the trees at the tables at Gibi's on the 30th.
Holly.

Holly, George School is right by us. I just didn't put GS together with that. Then again, I'll probably never win a Nobel Prize either.
