Hi there. I will be in Bonaire for my 3rd anniversary and was thinking about surprising my wife with a vow renewal. I know 3rd is not very long, but we honeymooned in Bonaire and I just kind of thought it would be fun.

Do we need a license for a renewal as opposed to getting hitched the first time? Have any suggestions for locations or officiants?

Oh just see if you can't inveigh upon Jake to renew you, he's tall and impressive and all you're really doing is having a celebration, right?
