I see some pictures are in the shade and faces do not show well, some others are kind of bleached out by too much sun...what seems to be the 'best' time to get captured with a great shot?

If we remember correctly the morning is the best time. We'll just have to go check it out next week, any reason works for us to go to Bonaire.

I'm not sure but I thought it was in the afternoon around 15:00. In the morning the sun shines alomst straight at streetcam, so than u look pretty "bleached out" :-) If u go later the sun will cast shadows of the house and the trees on the street and u will be standing "in the dark".

Ok Dean, because u cracked the riddle so fast I checked the archives 2 find some proof 4 my theory.
Here it goes:

Too much light on the streetcam
1
The shadows appear on the road
3
The right time (no light on the streetcam, no shadows on the road)
2

Igor, you have too much time on your hands:-) Nice experiment though!

Alan, you and Joan have a great time:-) I don't know if I put it in our trip report or not, but the first dive we did at Bari, we hadn't seen one barracuda the entire week. Kelly and I both wanted to see one. We were heading back to the dock, and decided to swim under it and see who was hanging out under the dock...well, there were a ton of bait fish, and one nice big fat barracuda...in 10 feet of water...LOL!

Dean, have a great time:-)
