Hi, i will arrive in Bonaire on the 8th of August..
i would like to know if it's sunny or not...I often see clouds in the webcam...

Weather on Bonaire is generally good, that means it is hot, (around 90 degr. F), and you will see probably everyday the sun, there will be clouds now and then, a really blue sky without any clouds is rather unusual. There is always quite a strong wind, and we are happy with that, otherwise it would be too hot here. Humidity is low, so it is easier to stand these high temperatures. Most rain comes in the wet season, that is october/november, when also sometime a hurricane passes by. Rain is also never a problem, we enjoy it as the biggest (hot) shower on earth. Rain comes in big volumes during short time, and the sun will normally be back minutes after the rain has fallen.

So as conclusion, no, not always and only sun, but lots of sun everyday, not much temperature differences between sunny and not-sunny-hours, not much temperature difference between day and night, and even no important differences between summer/winter and dry/wet season.


We enjoy this weather, and most of our visitors do too.
