My lady friend and I will be there in February 2008. We are divers first but also are trying to learn to sail. We are novice sailors at best but wanted to see about getting some lessons and possibly renting a boat once we felt comfortable.

Does anyone have any suggestions on someone who would be interested in this?

There is plenty of gear and lessons available if you are interested in renting a board but not so much for a boat. Bonaire is one of the best places in the world to experience windsurfing at any age or ability.
