If you are on island with family Aug. 1-6, please stop Lac Bay to to watch one of the island's best sporting events, the Starboard Pro Kids Worlds. Kids ages 2-16 and sailors 16+ compete for the Title of Pro Kid. Last year over 100 kids attended. This year's event is expected to eclipse last year's group. 20+ sailors from Curacao arrive Aug. 1. Team Aruba has 20+ kids competing. Qualifiers are being held around the world. The winners all win trips to come compete for the title in Aug.

Just some feedback - KLM have just refused permission to transport a board and rig from AMS to BON for this event even though I am a Platinum KLM Cardholder !!! What are they playing at ?

Trevor, have another go! I have found that you sometimes get through to Air France and sometimes get through to KLM. One set of people are much more clued in to diving and boarding needs and their own regulations than the other. One phone call had a charge for extra weight for dive gear. When I rang back I got 5KG free!
