Getting married at the Plaza and am looking to charter a boat for a harbor cruise, but would like to get dropped off at Richard's dock. Any suggestions?

Check with Catamaran Mushi Mushi or watertaxi Kantika di Amor. Both same owner. I haven't been to Bonaire in a year, so I don't know what other boats still sail. google it.
Samur (water maybe to shallow at Richards), Seacow (didnt see it last time).
