Hello, Im planning a dive vacation with my wife for october...I'm hoping I'll get to bring my surfboard too...interested in hearing anything about rideable waves on bonaire (as in no kites or sails.)

John, October is one of the months on Bonaire when the wind dies down to a breeze or as it did last year to a still. It is great for divers but last September the Island had to cancel a international Wind Surffing competition because of no wind. What a shame.. Ron

The local windsurfers surf Baby Beach often. They use real short boards too.

I am trying to plan a surf trip to Aruba, Curacoa, and Bonaire. I was wondering what months were the best for surfing on Bonaire. Not wind or kite surfing but regular high performance sort boarding. Also if there are many local surfers on the island. Thank you
