My fiance and I are going to be coming in Bonaire for a month this summer and we we'll be staying in an apartment north of the main city. Will we be able to visit the beaches at the resorts even though we won't be staying there? Is there a fee for entrance? Or are they off limits to anyone who isn't registered at the hotel?

Thanks,
Carolyn

We don't have any cities on Bonaire - Kralendijk is barely a town :-)

Be that as it may, Harbour Village charges $25/day to use their beach, but Plaza and Eden Beach, both of which have very nice beaches, do not charge for beach access. However at Plaza if you want to use the beach chairs there is a fee. Not sure about Eden Beach.
