We found Caribbean Club Bonaire after a dive at Andrea 1 and thought it was so lovely that we extended our trip another 5 days! These recently renovated Antillean cottages are pretty in décor ;the grounds are well maintained and the setting is intimate and beautiful.The icing on the cake is Marjolein and Sean who run the place. They are warm people who aim to please. This was our 3rd visit to Bonaire and Caribbean Club was my favorite and by far the most affordable. Paradise at its best.

Carole, they are north of the Sabadeco area (which is the posh development area a bit north of us), on a rise overlooking Sabadeco, Barcadera and Oil Slick Leap.

The Caribbean Club has my vote as #1! It is awesome. We just returned from two weeks in Bonaire, booked through Sun Rentals. Had no idea what we were getting, just trusted them to do it right. And did they ever. This place is fantastic. Very clean, quiet, pool, outdoor bar/dining room, dive gear wash tank, drying room, 30 seconds from Oil Slick Leap, five minutes to Karpata, ten minutes to town center. The managers, Sean and Mar, are the nicest couple you'll ever meet. $65 per night (U.S.) for a one bedroom,fully equipped apartment. Every unit has it's own private tiled terrace with furniture for lounging around. Our apartment came equipped with a king bed, a.c. and fan in the bedroom and large fan in the living/kitchen areas. The only noise you're going to hear is an occasional donkey and a dog barking at the donkey and the parrots. Other than the guests living there, you are completely secluded.
