where would be a nice, romantic, not a high-rise resort place, near good diving and great margaritas! Perhaps even a rental cottage?

High rise on Bonaire means three stories. Can't legally build higher than that here. I'll leave the lodging and margarita evaluations to others (although many of the margaritas I've had here on Bonaire could use work - the ones I make for myself are the best I've had here ;-) )
