Harbour Village is now open as a villa rental resort (see http://www.harbourvillage.com), but Kas Koral is not open. The only dining open there is the La Balandra (at the marina's entrance).

We ate at the La Balandra and it was pretty good.. a wee bit pricey but better than I remember the Admiral's Table (Tavern?_ that used to be there..
