Divi Flamingo Beach Resort also has some timeshare units they rent out. It is not a "fancy" place, but it is wonderful and the location is the best ever. Nice small, intimate beach with Calabas reef right there. No microwaves in the kitchen area, tho. But, it is air conditioned, two pools, good restaurant (Chibi Chibi), dive shop and boats, etc, etc. That's where we spend two weeks of the year....wish we could be there for more, however. The rooms have two queen sized beds, one sleeper sofa (queen). No tv's at this point, I don't think....they were supposed to be in place last year...anyway, it is a place to consider.

My vote is always the cozy CocoPalm Garden / Casa Oleander. They are A/C apartments in Belnam, less expensive than any resort, and now with a pool.

Sand Dollar is great and has air conditioned studios which sleep 2 comfortably. All with patio Br balcony and facing the water. You will be in boniare during Regatta Oct 6-12 which should be lots of fun. Have a great time. the Sand Dollar pier was just completed!! Finally! Good diving.
