We like BonaireFun Apartments (www.bonairefun.com) for their central location. Very reasonable rates, especially for their dive-packages.

My home away from home is at Coco Palm Garden apartments. The apartments are very nice and the tropical gardens are beautiful!

Check out the Wannadive website. They have deals with many hotels/lodging partners. Their own Wannadive hut accommodations is very inexpensive.
