Can anyone give me the email address to this resort directly?

Also does anyone know of a great little condo/villa/apartment/guest house on the ocean in the Belnam area that would sleep 2 people and is a super deal in this slow economy?

email me at
bethcastellow@aol.com

Thank you!

Beth, interestingly, Bonaire doesn't seem to be "suffering" too much, at least not by the prices. They haven't dropped, and there are no "deals" out there. At least not that I've found. I did some searching a few months ago trying to find something on the water for cheap...no such thing, even in this economy!

Delta's prices from ATL to BON right now are hovering around $1400 (at least last I checked).

Good luck!

FWIW - sometimes Carib Inn has last minute openings, so if your schedule is flexible it can be a smokin' deal to find space there.

The rates at Carib are a super deal generally, and it is on the water with a house reef. While it is not in the Belnem area (it is more "downtown" I guess), it is fairly close going in that general direction.

Happy Holidays Homes is just a little south of Belmar and not far from the water. While it is not on the water, the prices are very reasonable and the accommodations are very nice. Louise, one of the owners, is very attentive to the details. http://www.happyholidayhomes.com/. When we were there in December 2008, we had Louise arrange our truck (through Budget) and shore diving (with Dive Friends). Everything was just what we wanted and we were very satisfied. We did have some minor issues with Budget in that they were very slow when we picked up and returned the truck--even by Caribbean standards!
