Hello fellow Bonaire lovers. I haven't posted here much lately, but have been an avid lurker all along. I have a question for you.........
We are considering yet another trip to Bonaire in the coming months, and I was very pleased with Buddy Dive on last years trip. You just can't beat how everything is set up for diving there. We were there after Omar last October, and the very small " beach area " at Buddys was damaged. I was wondering if that had been repaired yet? It doesnt really matter to me, but my wife is a non diver and it's important for her to be able to access the water while my daughter and I are off diving somewhere. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

We were there again last Apr. and yes the "beach" is repaired. Also both docks in full service.

We stayed there the from August 15-22. I would recommend it to anyone. Everything was great, diving off the dock was easy and since we had a new diver with us it helped get her confidence up before venturing off to the shore dives.

Our pick up got hit during the night by another guest and we where heading out to dinner. They had already transfered another rental to us and had us on our way in minutes.

My wife took a half day photo class with John and thought it was excellent.

All in all we had a great time and can't wait to go back and will stay at Buddy Dive.

Still my favorite dive op and place to stay, eat, drink, party, etc. Still miss old Puck however.
