Is it normal at Eden Beach Resort I have to wait for more than 24 hours before they reply to my reservation request?
I have to book a flight and I can't if I am not sure about the hotel reservation ...

Try emailing them again, their internet could be down. That happens sometimes. Also, you can always call if you want an immediate answer.
