My question is: to whom to talk about long term rents for houses and car (3-5 month)

Rainer,,Welcome to BT..I'd start my search by contacting some of the local realtors who also handle long term rentals.. Sunbelt Realty & Remax immediately come to mind.

I would start with realtors on island. There are quite a few, check here: http://www.infobonaire.com/realestate.html

Remax, Sunbelt, Bonaire Partners would be some of the ones I would suggest to you. If you go click on their names on the website I gave, it will take you to their websites.

Hello Rainer, there are many options for you to choose from in term so of luxury living, however there are slim pickings for inexpensive long term rentals. You may wish to check out: http://www.sunrentalsbonaire.com/houses/showhouses.php?grpid=8 as our experience with them has always been positive.
