I have had the pleasure of being a guest there twice..it is a SUPER spot..I asked about renting a fridge..I think it was about 6.00 USD per day if I can recall correctly. Yes, they have them for rent but they are not part of the units.

Thanks, Annie! It's so good to hear first hand from someone who stayed there. Can't wait to check it out myself!

If you are staying on the hotel side of the Divi, be certain to request a fridge before you arrive. You can email them or call them. There is a website for Divi, too, and I think there are email addresses located there. Or else contact the party who made your reservations for you and ask them to request the small fridge for your room ahead of time. There are not many of them to go around at the Divi so you want to be certain they are aware of your request prior to your arrival. They are very good at accommodating folks with their requests when done in advance. We love the Divi, too. You should have a wonderful time there! Have fun! Carole

How big are the fridges?

Stephanie, I am soooooo envious that you are going to the Divi. I have been there four times with my family and they were all the best vacations we ever have taken. The first was supposed to be a once in a life time vacation. Then we went back 3 more times and want to go again. And although the Divi was of course a big part of what we liked so much, the diving in Bonaire and the people there are the reasons we want to go back "some day"... enjoy every minute!

Full size in the timeshares and most likely the portable/smaller ones for the rentals on the hotel side. Mind you, the "full" size fridge on the timeshare side is NOT your typical American unit with ice makers and double doors, etc! It is about five feet tall and has a smallish freezer area but is perfectly fine for folks on vacation. We stock it up for the two weeks we are there and never have any problems. Juice, milk, soda, veggies, ice cream (Prisca's for us), bread, etc, etc. Carole

We reserved a fridge at the hotel before going and felt it was well worth it. It took a day to get it delivered, and we had to remind them a couple of times. It was small--held a 2 liter bottle of soda, cheese, a few oranges and not much else. The freezer section was tiny and didn't really freeze water.
