Anyone stay in the Blue Beach house at the Esmeralda project? How is it equipped? Thanks

Last time I checked it was up for sale on the Sunbelt site for asking price of 650k. Personally, I wouldn't want to own there when a storm surge comes in.

PegiSue stayed there last year, on one of her trips. Hopefully she'll chime in for you :-) It's a cute house but, do agree, I'd be skeered to live their for fear of a nice storm.

Oh, I loved that house when I saw it. I didn't know you could rent it. Cool.

Sadly, as far as adding a 2nd home on Bonaire, $650K is a bit steep for my budget, and I agree, a bit scary when a big storm rolls in....yikes!

Web stayed there in October last year. It is a beautiful home. It has some plumbing issues though--if you want to know particulars, let me know. The kitchen has the basics, the fridge is small. The whole back of the house opens up which is fabulous for the breezes and the view, but we were concerned the whole time about what was happening while we were away. There were 6 of us that stayed there.
