I thinbk this has already been addressed, but I can't find it right now: are there hair dryers at Buddy's? alarm clocks?

Deborah,
In all the years (10) we have stayed at Buddy's we have never seen hair dryers and/or alarm clocks.

I'd forget the hair while in BON....LOL! With the trade wind my hair is dry in no time flat :-) Go to Wallyworld and buy you a small travel/folding alarm clock. Or if you're renting a cell phone from Michael, at Chat N Browse, use it's alarm feature:-)

As of January, no to both counts. I brought a travel size hair dryer along and used it a few times, but as Kobi mentioned, the constant winds will take care of it au natural. And if you are lucky enough to have hair that looks great air dried, then you are all set (I do not fall in that category).

The lack of a clock was a bit more problematic, so either use your cell phone or take a travel alarm clock along. I don't think the front desk would do a wake up call on departure day.

I just got back Saturday. We were able to get a wake up call one morning but in the future I'd bring a clock. The staff there is just a little too "relaxed" for me to trust them to wake me up for something critical, like a flight (not that it would be leaving on time anyway).

Do not bring a plug in clock. Battery operated only as the electric ones will not keep time properly due to the different cycles of our electric.

if you are like me....as much as I hate to admit it....the cell phone I bring has an alarm clock feature that works wonders....otherwise, i am always wondering why I started traveling with it. :-)
