We're returning to the Divi after a two year lapse. Anything new???

We were there this Sept. and they said they had plans to make the bathroom bigger by changing the walls around and installing new kitchens.
I was wondering if they started the renovations yet.
The new manager,sorry forgot her name, has done a great job.
They have a bar now down by the beach and cement pier, nightly entertainment, and also a small boardwalk along the water that connects at the timeshare tanning pier. Nice touch.

Bonnie, we just returned after 2 weeks in January. The property has shown continued improvement and it looks better now than it has in many years.

Room renovation has started and all units now have new furniture including the lanai. Some units also have new kitchen cabinets and new dinnerware. I understand the appliances and plumbing for the new kitchens and bathrooms are at the property just awaiting labor to begin installation. We were told it may start in March/April and will take about 1 week per unit.

Divi now appears to be open to cruise boat visitors for the beach and pool area, based on the threads of others on this topic. The cruisers pay a small fee for the day use.
During our recent stay, others were overheard complaining that 'their' beach was over run.
I did not visit it but there are trip reports in BT talking about it as it a thread in this section.
