I hope they are nice. I have booked a 3 bedroom condo for late April.

All Sand$ condo's are oceanfront, it is just a matter of how close as all the two story buildings face the water like a "V" with the bottom part of the V farthest away from the water. I have been in two 3 bedroom units, both not in the rental pool, but were beautiful and large. All units are individually owned so they do vary but to be in the rental pool each unit must be maintained at a high standard. All owners I know (but I do not know everyone) take great pride in their units as I do. If you have any issues or problems during your stay please see the front desk personal immediately to get it fixed. We have full time cleaning and maint staff and they are there to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Have a great vacation and time at Sand$.

Patrick

I believe most of the 3-bedroom units are on the second floor. I have stayed in several different ones on the second floor, and all of them have great views. Also, all of them have very large, nice sized verandas. I would request a second floor unit - better breeze, better view, and fewer bugs.

You won't be disappointed.

And like Pat says, the front desk is very responsive to cleaning and maintenance issues.

And I highly recommend the Rum Punch Party on Monday evenings, followed by the BBQ buffet and slide show at the Reef Restaurant. We attended twice on the last trip and had a great time both evenings....
