I visit Bonaire for the first time with my family from 21 of February to 5 of March. If someone know of any good and not to expensive accommodation that takes 7 people, please let me know.

You might try Palm Studios/Blue Divers.
http://www.bluedivers.com
They have about 8 large apartments with kitchens, situated around a pool/barbeque area. The price when we were there in August was $80/night. A family of 7 might be able to make do with 2 rooms. Our room had 2 twin beds and a double futon and would have comforatbly accomodated 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is convenient. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Franklin, the divemaster, is a former Park Ranger for the Marine Park, and is a very knowledgable and experienced diver. I highly recommend Palm Studios as one of the best bargains in Bonaire.
