Thanks Gregg, it is for a client who does not want a condo or apt. I have so many island partners such as Sand $ but she wants a free standing house and I find Xmas is so booked so had hoped someone here might have something to offer. Thanks Kay..I am working with SunRentals but again, this woman's specific needs are well, specific: oceanfront 3 bedroom in quiet area with king of queen in master suite. Anyway, I know I will find it..we found 2 lovely ones at Sunrentals but I am making a last check with my BT friends..

Off to work on rainy Cape Cod..53 more days..I can do it..I think..
