Hi Richard, what would you like to know? Sun Rentals are a good organisation and the apartments are very well equipped. E mail me direct if you have specific questions.

We have stayed there several times. We like it. Very convenient to downtown. My wife doesn't dive so she liked being able to walk, being right on the promenade and having the pool. The dive shop always had full tanks and Bert, there, is awesome. Jose and her staff are on site and helpful. The first floor units are one bedrooms. The second floor units are two bedrooms and the penthouse on the third floor has an awesome deck. That is where we stay. All are furnished differently. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

I just returned Saturday from Sun, our 5th trip with them. The two bedroom apartments are all upstairs. 3 of them are owned by Americans (all Vegas folks) and are equipped more like an American apartment with US appliances. The 4th is a little more sparse in that respect. Josie will do anything for you, including giving you a bed in her home if necessary (it has happened). Bert is great. Cultimare is a block away. They have wireless internet for $5 a day if you want it. They have cable. The lizards are fun to feed (they love English peas).

At this moment am sitting in unit # 9 at Bonaire O.F Apts writing this - I have been here for 9 days - I agree with the previous post about cleaning and mosquito spray - but as a first time guest I was pleasantly surprised at the 6 day/week housekeeping. I will live with a little lint in the corners but love clean sheets. Breeze is nice - view is good and being in town is nice for my family since we don't have to load into the car as a group to do something. We used A.C. at night in bedrooms - some units have additional central but it will cost you $10.00/day extra- we never needed it. Only used the bedroom AC due to firework (multi day New Year tradition or obsession?) and road noise. Two markets within 3 minute walk, BobbiJans BBQ and Raining Fishes within spitting distance. Directly across the the street from Last Bite Bakery - Great daily meal specials and baked goods - who could ask for more!!!!
