We stayed next door at Casa Cia this past March. Casa Blue Note looked very nice. Great steps into the water - nice diving at your doorstep - great sunsets. It is south of the airport. The only aircraft that you really notice is the large KLM in the middle of night, but it wasn't a big deal.
