Has anyone stayed at Frank's Place? Not much posted on this property. Would appreciate any details/comments on this condo. Thanks!

Haven't stayed at Frank's Place but have emailed him about it. It is just north of Belmar Apts and has identical floor plans and have stayed at Belmar 2 times and loved them. The Great Escape is just south of Belmar and Belair (which is where Frank's Place is) and they have a nice restaurant on site there. Belmar also have a Buddy Dive satellite shop.
