hey, feel getting the runaround renting a home from sunrentals anyone had any dealings with them I keep watching airfare prices rising almost daily while waiting for a response from them. This is our 10th time there never any problems b4 thanks for any help Sharon

I suggest to everyone e mailing Bonaire that they send all mail with a return receipt, otherwise you have no idea if they got your mail. Yes, e mail does go missing sometimes on it's way to the island.

My experience with SunRentals was most positive last year. Began working with them in March to book a pool villa (Casa Terrazza) for the first week of December. They apparently had some staff turnover during that period leading up to December, because I was handed off to 2 or 3 different agents over that time period, but had absolutely no problem due to the transitions. The last person I worked with, and the woman who met me at the airport and directed me to the house, is named Josie. She was excellent. Sorry you are experiencing difficulty, but my experience with them before-trip, during-trip, and post-trip was nothing but positive. You might actually invest a couple of bucks and telephone them -- ask for Josie. She knows what she is doing!

Randy, don't have any experience with SunRentals but have used Bonaire Partners several times as have several friends. First class operations all the way around..always there for you and generally get back to you within two hours even on holidays. Any time we needed them while in Bonaire, night or day, they are quick to respond. I would suggest you give them a shoot and see what you think. www.bonairepartners.com.

We rented Casa Cia from Sunrentals last month and have only good things to say about them. Everyone there was most helpful. Have you called their toll free number? Sometimes it is more helpful to talk to someone than rely on e-mail only.

Just returned from a week renting the Casa Blue Note (Belnem) from Sunrentals. Everything went very smoothly. We had a problem with one of the airconditioners and they had someone there to replace it with a new one the same day. Excellent service.

Hey everyone thanks for the insight we did decide to go with bonaire partners hooked us up right away nicer place lower price, then after almost 2 weeks no word from sunrentals we get e-mail everything is good and charged our credit card for deposit never confirmed anything now I have a $1000.00 charge on my visa for a place we do not want hope to see a credit issued? will keep you posted must say not impressed with sunrentals or just our luck? We rented an apartment through Sun Rentals in February, and I can't say enough good things about them. They always responded very quickly to our emails, and while on island were happy to very quickly solve any problem we had. However - the apartments are more directly under their control than the houses might be.
