I had heard that the owners sold this property. What has happened to it?

We stayed there about 2 1/2 years ago and were not pleased. The stoves didn't work or were out of gas. The refrigerators were either too cold (things froze) or two warm and no way to regulate. The furnishings were minimal and the kitchens poorly equipped. Our apartment flood each time it rained so we moved to a second apt. which wasn't much better. When the people next door checked out, the trash, both inside and outside, was still there when we checked out two days later. Most of the time there was never anyone at the office (we met some people who had arrived on a Saturday and there was no one there to check them into their apartment and they had a hard time locating the owner). We were glad we were only staying for 5 days.We heard the owners were building another place further up the road but don't know if that happened. I'm not surprised that it is vacant as it would take a lot of time and money to get it back in shape to make it a decent place.

Yup, up for sale, drove by there recently and noted the for sale sign and saw it was vacant.

Aqu Viva is still owned by Mr Burdeker and is also still for sale. He had leased it to an individual who tried to make a go of it as Aqua Viva Apts. Presently it houses some medical students and a few full time rentors> Any one want to make an offer....
