We are going to Bonaire the end of Nov for 2 weeks and would like to rent a Villa for this period of time. There will be 4-6 adults. Can anyone recommend in the $850-$1300 US$ for a week or let us know what to avoid. My daughter and I were there 13 years ago and rented a villa and took two other women and truly loved the island. We rented from Sunset Villa but am unable to locate the same villa now.

Ron, I was kind of scratching my head thinking that it would be hard to find a villa to rent for a week at that price!

Have look at Pelican reef house; we loved it but it might be too small for 6 adults, great for 4. www.pelicanreefbonaire.com

I'd check out Bonaire Town Homes. Although not really a "villa", their units are clean, comfortable and have fully equipped kitchens. Two of their units have two bedrooms each, as well as nice indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Not on the waterfront, but still convenient and definitely in your price range (or less!). We're leaveing in three weeks for a six week stay there, so can contest to their comfort and convenience after six previous stays.

Have you tried www.bonairelodging.com ? There are quite a few places there to choose from that would fit your price range.

Earlier this month we stayed at the Hamlet Oasis Villa #9 and we LOVED it! The location right on the water's edge.... and just steps from one of the island's most beautiful and accessible reefs... was perfect for us.
