I was wondering. Do the kitchenettes usually have pots and pans, silverware and plates? I plan on cooking ourselves but how complicated can the meals get?
In particular I am interested in Eden Beach Resort. Are there refrigerators?
Thanks

Natalya, the rooms I have used at Eden, i.e., studio and 2 bedrooms had a basic selection of pots, pans, plates and silverware in the kitchenette. See: http://www.edenbeach.com/sleeping.html

I had a 1 bedroom room at Eden and yes, it was stocked with pots and pans, plates and bowls, silverware, full refrigerator/freezer. No microwave, but didn't really need it. Enjoy, I loved Eden Beach!!

I usually pack a good paring knife in my check through luggage as that is the only thing I have ever found lacking in any of the apartments/houses I have rented in the Caribbean. Although as Tom said, usually the supplies are basic. Last trip I went to the Super Store near the circle to get 2 large water glasses as the ones in our apartment were small.

Cynde, When we vacation it is my choice to do all of the cooking. Not because I like to cook, my wife deserves a break from that duty. The least I can do to show my appreciation for the work she performs during the rest of the year at home. I also cook all the holiday dinners at home. I make a mean primrib! Ron
