We have stayed several times with bonaire bungalows, very friendly people, nice houses, not very luxiourious (sp?), but complete and clean. Nice host on island! Don't know about villa # 23, it is on a little park with a swimming pool, on walking distance from town though, we have stayed in villa aqua, which was very nice.
