I have been in touch with Mary from Sanddollar.She obtained a refund for us .I can honestly say She made the difference. If I did go to Bonaire I would stay at Sanddollar " just because of Mary". AS for the airline screw ups see my post 6/4 last follow up. Thanks to all who helped.

James - I am glad to hear that Mary was able to work things out with Sand$ and you. Thanks for taking the time to post a positive that came out of this very screwed up mess that Delta and AJ got you into.
