Hi everyone,
After reading all the recommendations that you made on where to stay my husband & I have narrowed it down to Lions Dive,Eden Beach, & Divi Flamingo. We are having problems with Lions Dive..they wont return any emails. Anybody know what's going on? Also, has anyone stayed in the studio rooms at the Divi? Does it have a full kitchen...ie..oven? Are there a lot of families that stay here? We would like some privacy. One final question if you're used to a balcony or terrace would we still like Eden? Thanks for all your help!!!

Andrea,

Lions Dive was bought by Buddy Dive in Oct 2005. You might want to email Buddy Dive directly. Also, we've stayed at there (Lions Dive) many years ago and loved the 1 bedroom condo. It had a full kitchen. Also loved the snorkeling and diving right off there docks. Divi grounds are beautiful and I've only been in 1 of their units but it didn't have a kitchen, just a "kitchenette" if I recall. It was very nice though and had a great screened in porch. Their beach is small, but nice and I've snorkeled. It was nice though. I've never been inside Eden Beach, but love the bar and the beach. Also the webcam is right off the beach in about 60 ft of water next to the little wreck. I don't think you will miss the balcony.

Hi, Andrea and welcome to Bonaire Talk!

I have stayed at Divi, but not in the studio. I have stayed in the Deluxe Oceanfront, and loved it both times. Others will probably chime in with their experiences at the other places you mentioned. Divi has a nice, albeit small, beach; and Eden Beach has a nice larger beach and the webcams as Liz said.

Hi Andrea, we have stayed at Divi in the time share studios for the past 12 years for a total of 27 weeks. Obviously we really like it. The rooms are small but have everything you need for your stay. There is a shower bath, 2 double beds, sleeper couch, tv, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch with a table, 4 chairs and a chaise. The buildings have 20 units on the first floor and 20 on the 2nd. All have an ocean view with the upper being a little better, and they surround a pool. You can e-mail them direct for any questions at divibon@bonairelive.com.

The Divi is a short walk to town along a nice shore road. The other's a a bit futurer north.
All have their points.
I am an owner at Divi. Divi's whole property has been recently redone.I love the location and the people who run the dive shop.Lot's of boat's,never crowded.Everythings right there.
Casual and easy!

Hi Andrea....Eva and I usually stay with Eden Beach in the upstairs studios. No balcony but more private and great views. Nice kitchette and the 2 of us need.
